Step by step measuring instructions

Measure over the undergarments you usually wear. Hold tape snugly, but not tightly. Record measurements and check them periodically.
1. HEIGHT: Stand barefoot with your back to a wall.
2. WAIST:Tie a cord around your waist. If waistline is not easily found, rotate upper body until the cord "rolls" into natural waistline position. Measure waist where cord settles. You'll need your waistline identification for the next section so don't remove cord.
3. BACK WAIST LENGTH: Find the prominent bone at the base of your neck by bending your head forward until it is easily felt. Straighten up your head and measure from that bone down your centre back to the bottom of the cord.
4. BUST: Measure straight across the back and over the fullest part of your bust.
5. HIGH BUST: Measure across the back high up under the arms and over the fullest part of your bust.

6. HIPS: Around the fullest part, generally 7" (18cm) below the waistline on short figures. 9" (23cm) below for taller figures.
7. SLEEVE LENGTH: For long sleeve, measure from shoulder to wrist.
8. SLEEVE LENGTH: For 3/4 length sleeve, measure from shoulder to middle of lower arm.
9. SLEEVE LENGTH: For short sleeve, measure from shoulder to middle of upper arm.
